Germany permits Iranian regime mass murderer to flee the country …

Iranian cleric Mahmoud Hashemi Shahroudi, considered to be a successor to Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, has fled Germany after having criminal complaints of crimes against humanity filed against him. Shahroudi was in Germany receiving medical treatment for a brain tumor and fled Thursday for Iran.

Critics have accused Shahroudi, the former head of Iran’s judiciary system (1999-2009), of imposing executions on 2,000 people, including adolescents.

“Germany has a choice: Does it want to be a safe-haven for terrorists and mass murderers? Alas, for Sigmar Gabriel [Germany’s foreign minister], it seems that the answer was, and is, yes. But why should principle matter if German businesses can make an extra million euros?” Dr. Michael Rubin— an Iran expert with the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, DC– told The Jerusalem Post on Thursday.

A nurse in Germany is suspected in the deaths of at least 86 patients

A German nurse convicted in 2015 of killing two people with heart medication overdoses is now suspected in the deaths of dozens more during a grisly spree more than a decade ago, police said Monday.

Niels Hoegel, who is serving a life sentence, is now believed by police to have killed 84 patients and possibly many more who died under mysterious circumstances during his shifts at two hospitals in the northwestern towns of Oldenburg and Delmenhorst. He worked there between 1999 and 2005.

If convicted of the additional deaths, Hoegel, 40, would be Germany’s worst mass murderer in postwar history — a claim that he reportedly boasted about in prison.

“There’s no end in sight to the horror,” said Oldenburg police chief Johann Kuehme at a news conference, adding that the three-year investigation into additional suspicious deaths would continue. “The evidence that we’ve collected so far is shocking enough, indeed it is beyond

New DNA evidence links a dead member of Germany’s NSU neo-Nazi killer cell to an unsolved child murder that shocked the nation, police said Friday.

Genetic material found near the skeleton of nine-year-old Peggy Knobloch who went missing in 2001 matches that of the late NSU gunman Uwe Boehnhardt, they said.

Police cautioned they were still working to rule out possible cross-contamination of DNA samples in the network of forensics labs, but said this was unlikely.

If confirmed, the discovery would link two of Germany’s most notorious crimes of recent years, and point to possible police failures in establishing a link sooner.

The NSU, short for National Socialist Underground, was a trio of far-right militants who shot dead eight men with Turkish roots, a Greek migrant and a German policewoman between 2000
